BINDING LEGAL FORCE — ACCOUNT REGISTRATION CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE: Account creation, login operations, and any subsequent execution of the Application represent an absolute, irrevocable, and unconditioned acceptance of these Terms.
1. Preamble, Contract Conclusion, and Amendments
This End User License Agreement is executed between you (the "User") and the Developer, Vasilis Savvas Papagrigoriou (the "Provider").
The Provider retains the absolute, sovereign, and unilateral right to modify, adjust, add, or prune clauses of this Agreement at any time, completely at his discretion, without prior notice or individual warning to the User. Continued interaction with the Application following any update manifests your absolute assent to the amended terms.
2. Legal Capacity and Age Restrictions (3+)
The Application's contents hold an official suitability and age-appropriate certification for ages three (3+) and above across major distribution nodes (App Store / Google Play). Profile creation requires valid legal capacity. Minors under legal age thresholds must have their account parameters authorized under full parental supervision and accountability.
3. Advertising Infrastructure and Monetization Rights
The Provider explicitly reserves the right to incorporate, modify, and display advertisements within the Application at any given time, entirely at his sole discretion. This monetization layer includes banner placements, interstitial placements, rewarded video modules, and commercial sponsorships. The layout, delivery frequency, and operational framework of such advertisements are subject to immediate adjustments without prior notice or compensation obligations to the User.
4. Virtual Currency (Gems) and Dynamic In-App Store Catalog
The Application contains an integrated commercial store featuring virtual assets, powerups, cosmetic items (including but not limited to profile frames), and communication modifications (bubble packs).
- Gems Commercial Value & Volatility: The virtual tokens ("Gems") are acquired using real-world legal tender. Gems possess zero baseline value outside the Application software and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-convertible to fiat currency.
- Unilateral Price Setting: The Provider retains the absolute right to alter the pricing structure, bundle costs, conversion metrics, real-money fees of Gems, and the virtual coin requirements for any in-game assets at any time, without prior notice, justification, or compensation to the User.
- The inventory availability, perk behaviors, and operational lifespan of any virtual items remain at the absolute discretion of the Provider and can be amended or discontinued without notice.
4.1. Auto-Renewing Subscription (VIP)
The Application offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Gnostis VIP, sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Title & duration: Gnostis VIP — one (1) month, auto-renewing.
- Price: the current price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm; your Apple/Google account is charged in your local currency.
- Benefits: while active, VIP grants free daily board dice, +50% board score with no bomb penalty, a 45% discount on seasonal packs purchased with Gems, and a VIP badge. Benefits cease when the subscription lapses or is cancelled.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation & management: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current, already-started period.
- Refunds: payments and refunds are processed by Apple/Google under their respective store policies; the Provider does not control store-side refunds.
- Price changes: any change to the subscription price takes effect on a future renewal and, where the store requires it, only after your consent.
5. Artificial Intelligence Generated Content
The entire catalog of trivia questions, correct answer definitions, category allocations, and logical match checking is automatically generated and algorithmic-verified via complex Artificial Intelligence (AI) components.
The Provider explicitly states that these parameters exist for gaming purposes and disclaims any warranty concerning historical or factual truth. No liability is assumed for factual errors or hallucinations.
6. Intellectual Property
The source architectures, compiled binaries, graphic interfaces, UI elements, database rollups, and brand designs are the exclusive property of Vasilis Savvas Papagrigoriou. Reverse engineering, scraping, or code duplication is strictly prohibited and actionable by law.
7. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties and Total Limitation of Liability
The Application is served strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" baseline. THE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, financial shortfalls, loss of game data, or loss of virtual items arising from server downtime, algorithmic errors, profile bans, or permanent sunsetting of the service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws of Greece. Any judicial process or actionable dispute falling under this agreement shall be brought exclusively before the competent Courts of Athens, Greece.
